Tower of Anemoia

Etching ink and laser engraved/hand carved CDsThis collection of prints was featured in the Wellesley College 2025 Senior Exhibition show.
Created for my Advanced Printmaking class, I decided to combine my love for video games and drawing with my newfound passion for printmaking. These prints feature concept designs of video game discs for Tower of Anemoia, a video game I worked on in my Advanced Game Design class. I was in charge of the designs and 3D models of the main characters featured in these illustrations/prints.I wanted to use a more literal approach with my materials, and chose spare CDs as the base for my stencils. This allowed me to easily tailor the designs and final product to the shape of a disc. I drew the designs digitally, and engraved them onto the CDs with both a laser cutter and a hand carving tool.I chose a pastel palette for the prints to match the dreamlike tones of the world, and arranged the designs in a formation that is reminiscent of ascending stairs– which the player must do in game to reach each level.

Memories of Greecia

Screen Print and TextilesThis collection of screen prints was featured in the Wellesley College 2025 Senior Exhibition show, and was made to celebrate and memorialize the 2004 animated TV show Fantastic Children; an art piece introduced to me at a very young age, and has stuck with me ever since.I created the designs digitally, and transferred them onto screens as stencils. The illustrations depict two prominent characters from the story, overlooking the castle of their home planet Greecia. It is from this planet that the most important recurring motif originates: the tower and crescent moon.

Celebrating Lazulis

The design is of two dragons originating from the video game The Last Story; a shared love of this game brought us together.

Screen Print and TextilesThis mini project was a result of a last minute realization that one can print on nearly anything; the design is a subtle reference to The Legend of Zelda series, and I mixed a beautiful sage green to match our class color.
